Refund/Return Policy

At iLook Lovely, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help you with a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

  • Final sale items, including clearance merchandise and personalized products, are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Log into your account on our website and visit the "Order History" section to begin the return process.

  • If you checked out as a guest, please contact our customer service team at ilooklovely@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your proof of postage until your return is processed.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind or incorrect size selection.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • To ensure availability, we recommend placing your new order promptly while the return is being processed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ilooklovely@outlook.com.

  • Provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund once the item is received.

7. International Returns

  • For orders shipped outside our primary region, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase, minus any non-refundable charges.

8. Store Credit Option

  • If preferred, you may choose to receive refund as store credit, which will be issued immediately upon return approval and does not include deduction of original shipping costs.
